General Information

Dear Visitors and Applicants,


Thank you for being interested in our institution. Currently, we have primary and high schools in Budapest (1191 Budapest, Berzsenyi utca 8.). From September 2025, we are moving to our new campus in downtown Budapest (1078 Budapest, Hernád utca 52.).


For a successful application of non-Hungarian residence we need the following documents to be submitted via e-mail at info@hu.maarifschools.org or hu.maarifschool@gmail.com.


-    Valid residence permits for the student and one of the parents. (We can only provide letter of acceptance which is generally not accepted for visa, or residence permit applications. Thank you for your understanding!)
-    Copy of passport or ID card (student + parent(s))
-    The child’s birth certificate, Hungarian address card (parent(s) + student), TAJ card (Hungarian Social Security Card) or private medical insurance contract

-    All previous certificates the student holds (in English, Turkish or in Hungarian language)


At our school you need to pay a certain amount of tuition fee. The amount is determined by the owner of the school in spring every school year. If you hand the aforementioned documents, you can get further information on the tuition fees in an in-person meeting.


Our school follows the Hungarian national curriculum as a bilingual programme. Further information on our program can be found on our website in our ‘Maarif Guide’.


We would like to highlight that without the necessary documents we cannot accept applications, and we cannot make exceptions in any case.
