We are a growing educational institution, looking for a hands-on HR professional to build and structure our HR function from scratch 


Role purpose: To establish, develop, and manage core Human Resource Management processes and systems within the organization. 


 Key responsibilities: Build and manage end-to-end recruitment processes Design and implement onboarding programs Set up and manage personnel/employee records and HR operations Develop a tailored Performance Management system suitable for an educational environment Improve internal communication and employee experience Create HR policies and procedures 


What we are looking for:


  • 4–6+ years of HR experience Proven experience in building or restructuring HR processes (highly preferred)  
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership 
  • Understanding of (or adaptability to) education sector dynamics
  • Balance between operational execution and system building Important note


 This role focuses on building HR structures from the ground up, not just maintaining existing processes

Folk Dance Teacher (Hourly-paid instructor) – Immediate Start

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Folk Dance Teacher to join our team with an immediate start.


 Position Details: 

 Type: Hourly-paid 

 Hours: 7 hours per week 

 Start Date: Immediate Key 


Responsibilities: 


 Teach folk dance classes to students of varying ages and skill levels 

 Plan and deliver engaging, culturally enriching lessons 

 Foster a positive, inclusive, and energetic learning environment 

 Prepare students for performances or cultural events (if applicable) 


 Requirements: 

 Experience in teaching or performing folk dance Strong knowledge of traditional dances (Hungarian or other regional styles preferred) 

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

 Reliability and enthusiasm for cultural education 

 Can write and speak English comfortably
