ÖKO ISKOLA címet kapott intézményünk!
Büszkén vettük át az Emberi Erőforrások Minisztériuma és a Vidékfejlesztési Minisztérium megbízásából az Oktatáskutató és Fejlesztő Intézet nyílt pályázatán 2024. júniusában elnyert Ökoiskola címet.
„Az Öko Iskola Cím azon iskolák munkájának legmagasabb szintű állami elismerése, melyek iskolafejlesztési, pedagógiai munkája kiemelkedően magas színvonalon képviseli a környezeti nevelés, a fenntarthatóság pedagógiája értékeit.”
Mit jelent az, hogy ökoiskola?
Az ökoiskolák olyan iskolák, melyek tevékenységüket oly módon igyekeznek végezni, hogy közben a lehető legnagyobb mértékig megpróbálják tiszteletben tartani az élővilág érdekeit és megpróbálnak minél kisebb károsodást okozni az ökoszisztémának. Abban különböznek egy átlagos iskolától, hogy nemcsak a tanításban érvényesülnek a környezeti nevelés, a fenntarthatóság pedagógiai elvei, hanem az iskolai élet minden területén; az iskola működtetése terén, az energiagazdálkodás, a környezetvédelem, az egészséges életmód, a programok, rendezvények, túrák szervezése, a hulladékgyűjtések területén is. A pedagógusok feladata, hogy mindezt játékosan becsempésszék a tanulók mindennapjaiba.
Az ÖKOISKOLA cím kötelez!
A címet idén nyertük el első alkalommal, de célunk, hogy a későbbiekben az Örökös Ökoiskola Címet is megszerezzük. Bízunk benne, hogy kitartó lelkesedésünkkel és a sok-sok színes programmal hatni tudunk tanulóinkra és rajtuk keresztül családjaikra, hogy elhiggyék, sokat tudnak tenni környezetük és jövőjük érdekében.
Hisszük, hogy szemléletet csak úgy lehet formálni, ha minden tantárgyban és minden iskolán kívüli programon törekszünk arra, hogy diákjaink ne elszigetelt ismereteket szerezzenek, hanem egységes egészként lássák a természetet, s benne az embert. Megtanítjuk őket arra, hogy a természetben tapasztalt jelenségek okait keressék, kutassák a köztük rejlő összefüggéseket. Így válhatnak majd a gyerekek tudatos környezetvédővé, a természetet féltő, óvó felnőttekké.
Our institution has been awarded the title of ECO-SCHOOL!
We were proud to receive the title of Eco-School, awarded in June 2024 by the Ministry of Human Resources and the Ministry of Rural Development on behalf of the Institute for Educational Research and Development in an open competition.
"The Eco-School Title is the highest level of state recognition for the work of schools whose school development and educational work represents the values of environmental education and the pedagogy of sustainability at an exceptionally high level."
What is an eco-school?
Eco-schools are schools that try to carry out their activities in a way that respects the interests of the living environment as much as possible and tries to cause as little damage as possible to the ecosystem. They are different from an ordinary school in that they apply the pedagogical principles of environmental education and sustainability not only in their teaching but also in all aspects of school life; in the running of the school, energy management, environmental protection, healthy lifestyles, the organization of programs, events, excursions, waste collection. Teachers have the task of bringing all this into their pupils' daily lives in a playful way.
The ECO-school title is an obligation!
We have won the title for the first time this year, but we aim to achieve the Perpetual Eco-School Award in the future. We are confident that with our persistent enthusiasm and many colorful programs, we can impact our students and, through them, their families, so that they believe they can do a lot for their environment and their future.
We believe that the only way to shape attitudes is to strive in all subjects and extra-curricular activities to ensure that our students do not acquire isolated knowledge but see nature and people as a whole. We teach them to look for the causes of the phenomenon they experience in nature, to search for the connections between them. In this way, children can become conscious environmentalists and adults who respect and protect nature.
